The property was very nicely located close to the heritage bridge and river. The room we had number 7 was very comfortable and cute. The room had a balcony with a view of the river and the old convent. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay in Amarante. The breakfast was very nice and the staff at the restaurant where the breakfast was served were wonderful.

A hidden gem. Wonderful accommodation in a mansion that looks like an old palace. The feeling is like being a guest on the set of a movie where you play the royal couple. The staff, the location of the property, the property itself is very pleasant and almost like being in a small secret village. The property has a lot of history and originality, whereas the rooms are very updated with all modern commodities and comfort. Me and my husband solely goal was to relax and enjoy ourselves in sunny chill days and the property is the perfect place for it!
