Air conditioning was easy to set, and meet and maintain desired temperature.
There was a working fridge and complimentary tea and coffee upon arrival.
They now have meals available for dinner, 10 or 12€ each dish upon reservation, or toasts / soups / omelettes without reservation.

People were very friendly/helpful and the place looked very nice with nice décor. Bed was super nice and comfortable and the cleaning was done every day impeccably. Common kitchen space was a very nice/useful space.
Second time we stayed here, in Porto room and it was awesome, super pretty the room.
