Perfectly fine for a late arrival at the airport. Quick communication with any questions I had and very friendly. We were able to walk to the hotel from the arrivals terminal and a shuttle brought us to the rental car company we had booked with the next morning

The staff of the hotel was very nice and friendly! The lady who picked us up from the airport was just amazing and caring, offering us help and provided with so much helpful information!
Clean and warm rooms and comfy beds, it is a pity I only stayed one night!

The house had everything you could ever want in a kitchen, bathroom or house. It was super comfortable- a home away from home with extras like a pool! The nespresso machine was heavenly ❤️. It was close to shopping centre, hypermarket, metro and beach! Lots of amazing places to eat and drive too. The host left a guide book which had superb recommendations for restaurants to eat in and places to visit. The best hosts ever - even recommended a thermal natural pools we could visit! Fantastic stay ❤️

Lovely area not too far from the airport and Porto.
Lovely area not too far from the airport and Porto. It is a quite area with some nice villages to look around. This rea is a rural area of Portugal, with nice small local cafes. Lovely scenery by the river but you do need a car. The beach is only approx. 15/20 min away. Transport to Porto using the bus was €2.20 each way and not much more for the trains. We did buy a Porto pass with travel for two days which allow the holder full unlimited use of the Porto buses, trains and metro, so used this for two days to get to and from Gião area. There is a very large outlet (150 shops) with lots of parking, the metro stops there. We drove our car and parked here a few times (parking is free) and caught the metro into Porto using out port pass transport card.
