We booked this family owned hotel almost by chance because we needed a place to stop after our flight to Faro. We loved the position and gave us the possibility to explore the beautiful city center! We were Self Catering but the complimentary eggs from the owners free range chickens were very much appreciated. We were invited to join them for a typical Portuguese meal on two occasions. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The location was beautiful and at night you could hear nothing except the frogs in the pond. If you a looking for solitude to enjoy the sun and a pool then this is the place.
