Excepcional stay. We came with the intention of doing the Passadiços do Paiva, so for that, the location is perfect and just to relax. But what makes Casa Noronha Lima's stay extra special, is Sandra and her team. The attention to the guests, the 24/7 care, the help with activities and restaurants. We were home!

The breakfast was simple, bread rolls with ham and cheese, and some nice jams, with filter coffee. it was fine and there was plenty to eat. The housekeeper was very welcoming and made one feel at home. She does not speak English so you need Portuguese or some Spanish to have a chat with her!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We LOVE this house-apartment concept, we really felt like at home +we met interesting people while had a breakfast. There is as small waterfall nearby the house, so sleeping with it's quiet sound was like a lullaby.
After breakfast we went to the "Arouca Bridge 516" and also did the Paiva walkway. The owner Isabel was very kind by letting us to leave our car in house parking (we didn't stay second night) so we could walk like from our own house to the Bridge and Paiva Walkway.
Definitely love this place!

Lovely walk into town
Patricia our host was very welcoming
Huge room with big comfortable bed, huge bathroom with great shower, all spotlessly clean.
Sitting on the balcony in the morning looking at the view, it’s was just wonderful. I also loved having a fully equipped modern kitchen to make a cuppa tea in the morning.

A haven of peace and tranquility. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean and tidy. The lady owner was very nice and had even baked a cake for us on arrival. The property also has a balcony with fabulous views.
It is in the perfect location for visiting the Arouca 516 suspension bridge.
Would not hesitate to return.
Beautiful area with plenty of routes for walkers. Great for outdoors and nature lovers. Very interesting geology and cultural visits options.
Restaurants offer top quality local meat, but that's very much it. Plan for your own cooking if you are hoping for some variety in your diet while in the area.
