Location was ideal for our trip. 10 minutes from the airport and about 5 minutes into Machico. The supermarket just around the corner was ideal for food shopping etc. Mariana was a great host. Excellent communication before we arrived and also checked in a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed any help with anything.

Nothing🤮, , My experience was the worst ever. I booked through Booking a room with double bed and sofa bed,it cost me 175€, and what I got was 3 separate beds. What was worse was that when I spoke to him, he said, “This is the room I booked,” and i show him the booking reservation,he told me this is not my problem,call booking, but if you want pay more 30€ i will upgrade a room like what you order from booking,,,,i feel they stole me,,in the morning when i check out ,they tell me you need to pay more 24 € for using tv ,this is my first time i had this situation,

The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is very quiet, there are no breakfast queues or big crowds at the pools like in big hotels. It's the perfect place for relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant surprised us with its excellent quality.

Botanical garden was exceptional. Very good spa facilities. Welcoming and friendly staff, especially Raymondo in the Siddharta bar! Comfortable apartment. 25 minute bus ride to Funchal.
