An exceptionally clean house with great amenities. The host made getting the keys very easy. He was/is very attentive to the guests and what it takes to make a memorable experience.
The house is very close to some incredible restaurants in the area. It’s about 35 minutes outside of the hustle & traffic of San Juan.
I highly recommend staying at North Breeze, much better than a hotel.

There was no window in the room! This is a serious security problem.It was freezing in the room and no control on temperature.

The location was unbeatable. We were close to one of the best restaurants in San Juan and walking distance to excellent shopping and attractions. The 24-hour bar was a nice touch and the staff was very friendly.

The location was surrounded by venues being rebuilt. The closest beach was a 20 minute cab ride away.

I myself, my opinion, rental is too litle high, even you have equipped place with almost everything and close to almost everbody. But adding up cleaning charges, (which is too high) at the last time is not resaonable and not acceptaple. Due to person imaged total of rental is the first price he saw, on front page, that included all.
