Location is great....right in the heart of Old San Juan. The upper-level rooms are great with room access to rooftop patio.

Tranquility is the best part. Many shopping and food centers nearby. Walking distance to the Plaza del Sol Mall. Excellent facilities, including a casino and excellent customer services. The rooms are modern and beautifull. Breakfast is delicious. It also has a huge parking if you have a rental or personal car. If not, its not a problem, you car travel in UBER or taxi to nearby malls, like Rio Hondo Mall, El Cantón Mall, and Santa Rosa Mall. Best by far, if you have a dog, its welcome to this hotel.

You need a car for this location nothing was near by tourist wise . Food place close early. Breakfast very busy food runs out fast if hotel is busy the staff was nice the hotel does not provide transportation

We very planning for a 4 night stay in San Juan and after 1 night in another san Juan room(?) booked from booking dot com- my son and I were convinced that staying at Natural Village was hazardous to our health- shame on booking dot com- we were desperate to find a safe hotel for 3 nights until cruise- Hyatt was expensive but wad exactly what we needed. Your welcome to call me for more details-BUT DOES BOOKING DOT COM REALLY CARE?
Our booking was canceled due to a miscommunication the hotel and booking agency. The location refused to reinstate the booking once we arrived. We had to pay to find another place to allow our children to sleep after being stranded in the airport for hours. We had to set up another booking the next day, paying more than the original booking, and receiving smaller accommodations to continue our trip.
The staff was exceptional. I like that the location was not far from San Juan. I like that there are so many restaurants and shopping centers that are all close around while paying a great price to stay. Breakfast was a plus for me!
