Almost everything was perfect. Personal was very friendly and helpful. It was possible to leave luggage at the recpetion before check in and we could already start exploring Ustron. We were at 4* part of the hotel and room was big and modern. There are many attractions included in the price, for example swimming pool, sauna, playground, palyroom for children and also animation for children. Breakfast was very good with a big choice of food and drinks. Everyone could find something. Hotel is located approximatelly 20 minutes on foot from railway station and town center and 10-15 minutes on foor from Park Lesnych Niespodzianek. I really recommend it for families with children.

At the same time, short and interesting trips to nature or for fun are available, even to the Czech Republic. Hospitable and responsive host. Upon arrival, we found nice gifts for adults and children. Any small problems were resolved instantly.
Wonderful comfortable home, adapted to accommodate a large family. There are all living conditions and opportunities for recreation in the yard. If you have a car, then any shopping or entertainment is available within 15-20 minutes

The city is perfect for a short stay and breathing some fresh air. It's really easy to visit a nearby Wisła as well - buses leave every hour or two. It's really difficult to find a decent dining place. Everything's overpriced and the staff is generally rude everywhere you go. There's a wonderful wildlife sanctuary (Leśny Park Niespodzianek) placed on one of the hills of Ustroń - it's definitely a place worth visiting.

Very retro building, we loved the style and feeling of it. Staff was lovely. Breakfast had everything you needed and the food was tasty. After packing, we came back for 2nd coffee and pancakes. :) The rooms are very simple, and clean. We slept good. The view from windows was beautiful, very good location. There was enough free parking space infront of the building.
Beautiful room, kids playground, restaurant, kids friendly, amazing nature around, exceptional breakfast. In the evening we ordered dinner and it was very very very good! We loved the food. Also we were really happy about the whole vibe of the hotel - cozy, rustically charming and welcoming.
Property is in the middle of the nowhere (7 minutes from Ustroń), what I consider as big advantage. Small on-site outdoor playground for kids. Great place, if you want to escape from everyday life in the city. Last 200 m of road is steep and gravel, but we did not have problem with the car.
Good location, not far from the town centre but nice and quiet. Very nice breakfast. Room was comfy and clean. Spa facilities were very useful after some very long hikes. Amazing staff, helpful and friendly.
