The location of this hotel is perfect for hiking or biking trips. It has a great variety of trails nearby, many of them starting in a close proximity to the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to help or recommend places to visit around. The place and the rooms are kept tidy. We enjoyed very much served breakfast buffet as well as served food during dinner. We were able to use hotel spa or gym during our stay. Also, hotel has a bike storage to store bikes during night. I would recommend this place to others.

Our stay with 2 teenagers was very comforting. Even though there was not much snow we opt to do some indoor activities (glass factory) and hiking. The trails are well kept and they have proper descriptions of routes.

It's a very good, but rather expensive touristic place, you should check twice what you need if you come with children - perhaps, the neighbour towns and villages can be more suitable. I can say here you can have a very active vacation, walking through the woods to the waterfalls and catching some good views, especially if you don't come by car. Reaching some foods is also an adventure, so it's better to have your own kitchen in your accomodation - to make the late dinners or light breakfasts before and after all the day walking - it can be more comfortable, especially if you travel with kids

It is a very tourist city, we like more privacy, green and calmness, which we think we will get, but it is a city with lot of hotels, pensions, etc. The main street is full of giftshops, it looses the autenticity of the city. It is a mass tourist destination. We like more slow travel, so we would not come again. On the other hand, the nature around the city is still very nice, we had a nice hike trip.

A little ski resort.
A little ski resort. Excellent for ski-touring with famous area of Jakuszyce - over 90km of prepared trails for ski touring available directly or with short commute.
The city has anything tourist may expect, it is worth to visit the tourist information, they are very helpful. I strongly advise to use apps like booking or tripadv for checking accommodation and dining. A lot of dining facilities serves low quality food.

We love the trails, the views. It was a bank holiday time it was hard to get a table at the most popular restaurants. We found the best place to eat in Karpacz "Bar przy kominku" near Wang with traditional polish food.

We found accommodation at the last minute. The room was large and spacious, but unfortunately the view directly onto the ventilation chimney from the kitchen. There is a bowling alley, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna (Finnish), relaxation sauna, steam sauna, small children's pool, children's room. Breakfast and dinner buffet - excellent, nothing to complain about and even demanding clientele can choose. In room fridge and kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee, mugs, bathrobes and slippers. Receptionists (ladies) nice. Hotel in the centre.
Everything is in one place! Very beautiful and modern hotel, it has restaurant with good menu, pool and jacuzzi, spa with massages and other procedures and gym. You also can take a bike (electro bikes as well) and ride to mountains. In the evening, if weather is good, hotel offers a compliment with sausages which you can cook on fire on backyard. Breakfast will meet all requests! And personal is very helpful!
It's a really beautiful old house that is very well equipped. We liked the interior and the beautiful garden very much. The beds were comfy, the living room was really nice to socialize, and we could enjoy the sauna after hiking.
It is located conveniently if you want to go hiking in the National Park.

Beautiful building with a great big yard. Centrally located between the centre and the start of the mountain trails. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a hiking trip.Nice owners.
Room with 2 single beds had a separate eating room, water heater and a sink, which were all useful. Good kitchen and common bathroom. A perfect place to stay in Szklarska Poręba.
They offered a free pass to an indoor water park at another lodge. Nothing spectacular, but still a pretty good value. Breakfast was good. Location was great. Most of the shops and restaurants were within a 5-10 walk. Ski lift was about a 10 minute walk up a super steep hill, but not many hotels closer than this one.
The hotel is located at a very good location, with easy access to the tourist routes. It has a large parking (for extra fee). The food is perfect, a lots of fruit, meat, vegetables, deserts. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wellness area is spacious, large pool and 4-5 saunas. Good to chill after the day long hike.
Great location (near a water stream, close to Kamienczyk waterfall trail, supermarket and nearby restaurants - 5-10min walk), friendly staff, spa area ( pool, sauna, bucket with cold water :-) ), fridge and kitchenette in the room, free wifi (the speed could be better though), library with interesting books.
The flat is as described. It was a perfect stay with amazing hosts. We were a couple with 2 kids (6 and 3 years old) and the flat was spacious enough, clean and with very flexible hosts.
Would definitely go back again to this flat if I have the opportunity to return to Szklarska Poręba.
The apartments are super spacious and comfortable. Everything is brand new, clean and very well designed. The food is very good and the staff was very polite and tried to make everyone comfortable, even though the hotel was full. The SPA facilities are also veri nice.
Spacious apartment in a quiet area close to trails, there's a Biedronka nearby. The building itself looks a bit under construction still, but there wasn't any noise during our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Amazing view out of the bedroom.
Very nice hotel that I can recommend. It's new, clean, with a nice spa and swimming pool. We had a room with a mountain view, and the view from the terrace is fantastic! The room is well-equipped. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is amazing.
Sauna, indoor/outdoor pools, room with billiards, darts and table football are in my heart. Barbeque on Saturday is also a good idea. Staff is very friendly and spa is really relaxing. Thank you for the great stay!
