Nice little mountain spa area mostly for health tourists...
Nice little mountain spa area mostly for health tourists within Poland but also from the neighbouring area. The main street is short and there are not a lot of services outside the hotels, but you do get the basic food, cafe and grocery shopping done. The nearby Skywalk is pretty great experience and worth the somewhat expensive price.

Great city, a lot of restaurants with fantastic food. City is very clean and taken care. Tourist attraction which is Sky Walk tower worth a visit, despite the fact that ticket prices are not the cheapest. I loved a picturesque Kwisa river flowing through the area.

A very pretty town with lots of historic buildings, many of which have been renovated in recent years. The park and pump rooms are well maintained and are quite charming, set in a pedestrian precinct. Parking is available nearby, but may be limited in busier times. There are quite a few reasonably-priced restaurants catering to all tastes, including international and vegetarian cuisines. There are plenty of options for outdoor pursuits such as walking and cycling on well-marked trails, and winter sports (we visited in autumn so can't say what the skiing facilities are like). The gondola will take you up to the top of the mountain if you don't want to walk, and there is a viewing platform if you don't want to take the gondola all the way to the top.

It was really great stay in ERA in sSwieradow. Sky train is just 5 min on foot. City center also in walking distance of 5 min. Once u r Pod stogiem izerskim u can have a wonderful wander time to chatka gorzystow czy na schronisko orle. U will need min 8 hours but it is worth it. It is a lot of walking but the view is just amazing!! Not so mamy people, just the right place to relax.

Very nice and quiet place to stay. Usually without covid lockdown many restaurants and bars. Many resorts and spa places. Wonderful mountains around. Not so many people. Many places to visit and wonderful nature. In winter time also a good place for skiing. Definetely worth to visit and to rest here.

We travel with a 2-year toddler and and we absolutely love the wellness and fitness area as well as the spaciousness of this accommodation. Breakfast and dinner are quite good, Beds could be more comfotable but otherwise the rooms are nice and well equiped. The hotel is located a little bit away from the spa centre of Swieradow Zdroj, but when you have a car or you enjoy hiking in the close surroudings, it´s absolutely fine.
First of all, we liked the cleanliness and the atmosphere! and secondly, I liked the ease of settlement! but we were shocked by the breakfast at the highest level, which was not inferior in taste and the beauty of serving dishes at the level of a 4 star hotel. I really liked the location of the house. Quite comfortable for walking. I am delighted!!! I highly recommend to everyone!

Small but very nice aquapark
It was nice to see that the hotel was refreshed from my last visit, something was renew, but persona is still very friendly and helpful, food very testy and the best spa that. So that’s why I came at 11th time and now with my wife, daughter and my mother. It was excellent holiday for the whole family.

Hotel new and nice, good room size. You can feel the hotel team is still building, a lot of enthusiasm. Location good for skiers, close to gondola.
Swimming pool was nice. Bar was also good, but closed quite early.
I would recommend the hotel to families, rather than couples.
It is the second time that we are in Element hotels. Very good overall experience. perfect for any time of the year. The facilities are in perfect condition. The breakfast really good. The best, the aquatic facilities and the spa. We will repeat for sure.Perfect location for families.

Hotel is situated in Jizera mountains, view is amazing and centre od the city is only 10 minutes by car, we always found a space to park our car.
