I liked the facilities, the relaxing area with jacuzzi, gym, salt cave, sauna and tanning bed, and having it included in the reservation for one full hour only for you, is a great perk of this hotel, I enjoyed it.
As well the room decoration and the view were both nice.
The room was very clean.

I booked a single but the room was bigger than (this was not explained to me so Iam unsure if I got the correct room but pleased with the size overall)
Pricing was okay and I believe free breakfast every morning although I did not take the opportunity to try this.

I rated this apartment with 10 before and I'm happy to do it again, because it deserves it and that's why I rented it again :)
You'll find there more than you'd expect for a short stay as well as a long one.
It's located around 20 min from the airport, so ideal location for travellers. the place is huge and it has a big balcony, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with big shower and a very nice bedroom.
Very quiet neighbourhood, nice, big groceries shop (Zabka) just around the corner.
Hotel Neo is located in Tarnowskie Góry, 50 metres from the Aqua Park with swimming pools and spa & wellness treatments. It features rooms with free LAN and satellite TV.

The owner of the apartment is really friendly. Breakfast is prepared on order and is quite good. The location is just an old villa transformed into a hotel. The room itself is quite 'tired' but for this money is completely OK. In general, good value for the money. One more score point for the owner's attitude towards dogs :)
We stayed here about 20 years ago and were very happy and so we were very pleased to see that it was still in existence. Our experience was different this time in that it was much less like a hotel and much more like a hostel. This didn't worry us too much because we travelling a lot and only needed a comfortable bed and shower to return to. The accommodation provided us with both. It was clean and convenient. It suited our needs and was very good value for money.

Comfortable room, clean and very nice although have some small things to repairt, cause is not so new, but is not disturbing during stay. Great place to rest after work. Sauna available. Beautiful garden outside.

the hotel is located next to two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a pizza restaurant therefore its location was very convenient. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Free parking on the hotel's premises. Large room windows that open in full. Small but cozy hotel.
they just wrote, that they can not wait until 22.30, and recommended finding another hotel!! at night with two kids!!! And they didn't want to return the money back! Horrible hotel! If you would travel with children, you will not check this hotel, never!
The location is so nice! the territory of the hotel is beautiful. Stuff are super friendly! Rooms are spacious and clean! Breakfast had a great choice and was very tasty. I highly recommend staying in this place! We will definitely come back :)
