We were met by landlords, everything was explained and there were no questions. We found an electric stove under sink, that helped a lot during our stay. Even though it's a whole house, you had a totally full privacy during our stay. The main thing was that we were travelling for a bike competition and owners let us have 2 bikes with us, we are very gratefull for that!

Really nice, spacious living area with plenty of room for a small group or family. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Excellent location next to the lake and pedestrian/cycle way into Ostroda with it's bars and restaurants. The apartment is nearby other paths and cycle routes into the countryside to the west of the lake so perfect for active people. Also located near the main railway station great for people travelling without a car. There is ample parking if you do have a vehicle.
Beautiful apartment close to the main city/pier. Convenient location. It is opposite a train station, but was quite and peaceful.
Fully equipped kitchen and they were kind enough to leave some water, fruits, shower gel, soaps etc. We felt like we were staying at a hotel.
They met us to handover the keys and show us around and came the next day to collect the keys.
We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was close to the lake. We visited Family in Ostroda so this was an excellent choice for us with fantastic facilities including a kitchen so that we could feel at home. From start to finish we had excellent communication with the staff.
The accommodation location was excellent, Next to a lake and a short cab ride to the center of Ostroda. The host Marek met us at the apartment, an exceptionally pleasant man that made us feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, cleaner than many 4 star hotels that I have been in.
The hotel is clean and has a good location at the lake. The room was big and comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. Everything looked modern.
The breakfast was great! The Hotel has a nice swimming pool and two small whirl pools you can use. It was a great stay overall!

Fantastic place for stay in Ostroda. Hotel new and stay in very quite and comfortable zone with close connection to promenade and resting area of the city. Everything is on higher level. Varied and delicious breakfast. Very big parking. Fantastic spa zone.
Apartment had stylised interiors and was very comfortable. Location is unbeatable for Ostróda, quiet but right next to the lake and city's promenade, parking in front of the building
