Really nice, spacious living area with plenty of room for a small group or family. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. Excellent location next to the lake and pedestrian/cycle way into Ostroda with it's bars and restaurants. The apartment is nearby other paths and cycle routes into the countryside to the west of the lake so perfect for active people. Also located near the main railway station great for people travelling without a car. There is ample parking if you do have a vehicle.
It is a new, large and modern hotel. Very nice main restaurant with lots of space. Very tasty food for both breakfast and dinner. Large, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. However, the lights in the rooms are strangely adjusted. You can't turn on one light without turning on the lights of the whole room. You should fix it. We liked the pool area and saunas. Free parking.
Beautiful apartment close to the main city/pier. Convenient location. It is opposite a train station, but was quite and peaceful.
Fully equipped kitchen and they were kind enough to leave some water, fruits, shower gel, soaps etc. We felt like we were staying at a hotel.
They met us to handover the keys and show us around and came the next day to collect the keys.
We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was close to the lake. We visited Family in Ostroda so this was an excellent choice for us with fantastic facilities including a kitchen so that we could feel at home. From start to finish we had excellent communication with the staff.
Breakfast is good and variable. Location is beautiful, but there is no private territory around the hotel that is why it was very noisy in the night, as some people were partying just under our windows, which made the night sleepless.
