The room was not how it was described, l booked two bedroom apartment for 5 people only got one bedroom with three beds and It took me three attempts to finally receive one more single bed after two hours which we were still short off a room and a bed and I was fully charged for two bedrooms which l never received only had apology, totally rip off
The hotel appears to be either brand new or recently renovated. The room was really spacious (I guess the room I stayed in was 25 square meters) and very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. There is a supermarket just across the street, as well as many commercial shops just one step away from the hotel.
Thank you to the hotel management for the kindness and flexibility with which they treated the accommodation of my colleagues. I will definitely use their services again.
Good and relaxed location. Easy registration at reception. The best in this hotel is Breakfast! great even for vegetarians or vegans! Great parking in front yard.
Located in the heart of Nowy Tomysl offers a decent stay in nice, clean and minimalistic rooms. Wine bar and grill restaurant make it a pleasant evening as well.
Everything was good. Very helpful even though our stay was during Easter when things were closed . The hotel opened the restaurant just for our party of 12.
