It was my first time in Nowe Sacz, and I was not sure what...
It was my first time in Nowe Sacz, and I was not sure what to expect. But the visit excelled any expectations. The city is well taken care of, has a relaxed atmosphere, but most of all extremely friendly people.
In general it was ok, but I expected much better from Ibis. Rooms were clean & ok, air conditioning was either working all the time & as usually with small hotel rooms - blowing on you and cold even when trying to adjust - or when switched off, the room was out of air very fast. So it was not good to sleep in reality.
Breakfast was very nice and a lot to choose from.
The apartment is equipped with everything needed (especially in the kitchen) for a few days stay. Also very clean! Most of the windows are north facing so it was quite cool during the hot summer days - and the view from the upstairs terrace is absolutely amazing, perfect for outdoor evenings. We will definitely stay here again when in Nowy Sacz!
Very modern apartament; all the amenities were brand new, extremely clean. We had very few problems and the ones that we had were very quickly handed by the owner, who was very friendly and attentive! Great location, very close to everything in Nowy Sacz. We will definitely be back! Thank you.
Very nice, clean and modern hotel with wonderful facilities, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food. Nice spa and pool area. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel open every day. It is easy to park on the street for free. The room was clean and spacious.
Contemporary hotel with very clean and minimalistic in a positive way room. The owners and the staff was great. Had parmesan sauce chicken with haloumi and potato mash with salad with amazing vinaigrette. For desert - chocolate souffle - smashing. Wi-fi was great as well.

Short and beautiful walk to the very heart of Nowy Sącz. Hammocks in the terrace next to the garden where I and my son were invited for berries as well as in depth advices for our further trip was much more than we expected!
The location, quite far from the city centre, was exactly what we wanted since we arrived quite late in the afternoon and to find that the hotel has everything you need such as bar, restaurant and a garden to walk into.
