Staff was absolutely fantastic-all three girls from the reception and the restaurant I was dealing with were true hospitality stars.
Cafe within the premises is really nicely done, so is the restaurant.

Very central location in Nowa Ruda, just minutes away from the church and the main square. Free parking on site. The hotel is in a beautiful spacious old building that almost feels like a castle, so it has an unique vibe, we really liked the room and the bathroom. Ceiling windows with a view to the trees outside were a nice surprise. There were some complimentary toiletries, a closet, a big sofa, a big tv and a nice comfortable bed. We also had breakfast the next day, it was simple but good. We'd definetly stay there again!
Cozy, small, quiet and clean hotel. Despite the fact that the toilet/bathroom is not in the room, you have your own private one with an entrance from the common corridor. Well equipped kitchen. Cleanliness and odor free.
