What a fantastic location - we wanted remote unspoilt countryside and we got exactly what we wanted.
Absolutely wonderful hosts who really do care about you and our happiness. They also share environmentally friendly approach to life. We enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them when we did see them but they do not live close by - you are on your own here.
They were very concerned about the state of the access track for an ordinary car to negotiate. We had a relatively low slung Toyota Prius, taking it very gently it was no problem to negotiate the rough track.
We loved sitting on the balcony /deck. The sunsets are lovely as the property has great views over the landscape.
There are also woods on the doorstep to explore.
We appreciated the provisions left in the property by our hosts.
Exceptionally clean with interesting decorative items and great books for adults and children.
Location is close to (10 mins by car) Duszniki Zdroj.

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the hotel. Its elegant exterior and palace-like interior made a lasting impression, setting it apart from the other hotels we encountered on our trip. The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that even impressed our dog. In Western Europe, it would undoubtedly be classified as a higher-end establishment.
The breakfast, served buffet-style in a beautifully appointed dining hall, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Comfortable hotel located close to nature. We enjoyed the staff's hospitality, the breakfasts were really good, and I'd like to highlight the SPA zone. We were not able to enjoy the open-air one due to the time constraints, but the in-house sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were all great.

Reception and Spa staff are very accommodating and attentive.
Breakfast waiting on staff on 29/10 very friendly, especially blond short hair lady ( sorry don't know her name), nothing was too much trouble for her.
