It's not cheap though, not by Polish standards at least.

Small town near Kołobrzeg and very close to the beach. There are many restaurants in the area. Unfortunately none of them are Vegan. Very few vegan options and sometimes the smell of fried fish can be really disgusting. The town can get crowded during high season with many kids running and making noise.

nice place, with plenty of possibilities to have fun for families with kids. Great beach with clean water, a bit cold as expected.
Expect to find prices much higher than in the rest of Poland, the local businesses evidently are milking the cow of tourism. Definitely not a budget-friendly place.
Also watch out for smokers on the beach, they just don't seem to care for kids and they will smoke right next to them.

No heavy traffic, no crowded places (at least in June). The number of restaurants is limited to a few which are offering not too sophisticated menu, typical for touristic locations (fish & chips, pizza, kebab or "schabowy" (pork chop)). For better cuisine and more attractions, you have to head to Kołobrzeg.
The biggest drawback is the lack of any services at the beach: no bars/restaurants, no toilets, no changing rooms, no decks or roofed wicker beach chairs, no umbrellas. Anything you want to have on the beach - you have to bring it on your own.

Grzybowo is a lovely quiet a big enough for me to spend my holiday superb place for cycling,beach walking and swimming
Very close to other place,towns to visit on foot or bike and also has very good local public transport
Grzybowo is very clean ,modern place and really care for tourists and environment
Excellent appartment for a stay with a small family. The appartment was well-equipped with kitchen unit, quite spacious bedroom and bathroom, large balcony and large sofa with a wooden table. We really enjoyed the outdoor facilities like the playground, pool, trampoline, table tennis and volleyball net, everything was very well maintained. A big plus was the free bikes available in a shed next to the parking lot. By bike, going to the beautiful beach, to the town centre for shopping and restaurants or to nearby Kolobrzeg was very easy.
We had a great stay with my family at Pod Borowikiem in Grzybowo. Very friendly staff. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The apartment as well as the house is very well-equipped. You can find fridge, plates, cutlery and more! The apartment is located 10-15 minutes walk from the sea on a quite busy road. I can highly recommend the place for families with kids as well as for couple. Very close to the "touristic" street where you find restaurants, coffee shops and more.

Location is good. Very quiet, nice and comfortable rooms and the hotel area, delicious food in the restaurant.
We stayed for a long period and needed to use iron, washing machine, microwave owner etc. It was nice that there was a small room with all this stuff to our service.
