The location of the hotel was extremely convenient - a short walk from the university and a short tramride from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I had a problem with the room and they sorted it out immediately and efficiently. The breakfast buffet selection was very good. Have rarely experienced such friendly personnel. She even offered to carry my suitcase upstairs. The parking was directly in front of the hotel, but not locked, but it was okay. Very close to the beach and a lovely walkway in the forest. The room was spacious and very clean. ≈ They were kind to my dog. The breakfast was generous and good.
