Honestly, I don't know how it's a 3-star hotel. The food, staff, and facilities were superb. I had worse experiences in 4-star hotels before. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were not many food choices, but less is more sometimes. Everyone could find what they would like.

clean, comfy apartment, nicely decorated (we loved the lamps and wall art). It had everything we needed for a short stay. Nice outdoor seating area and pool for kids.
Close to river Bialka and hiking trails. 4min to Bania.
Parking spaces could have been a little bit bigger (someone managed to scratch our car on the last day of our stay).
It could benefit from small airer for drying clothes and a mop in the bathroom.

Generally we liked our stay at the hotel. Room & bathroom were clean. No soap, shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, though. Bed was comfy but pillows were super big & hard, which for some people is great but I couldn't really sleep on it - though, it's totally the question of preference. Breakfast was very wide & tasty.

Exceptional. Quiet! And this is what We were looking for at the Village... Very helpful owner. She even came to pick us up from bus stop as We arrived pretty late and tired ; ovner offered us a lift. Highly recommended!

A fantastic slope for beginners.
A fantastic slope for beginners. Intermediate skiers can also find something to keep them entertained. A perfect place to go with kids, big and small, with lots of slopes to choose from. However, it can get quite crowded during the school holidays and at weekends.

Białka Tatrzańska as a ski resort is unique as it has not become yet a mass tourists spot that would damage its natural beauty. And that is what I value most about this place. The ski area is perfect to every detail. I loved STOK school and instructors, and Waluś Ski Rental.
Rezydencja Diamond exceeded my expectations and for sure we will come back. There weren't long queues on ski stations, Karcma Bania was the best to relax apres-ski and the whole area was just beautiful. My kids loved skiing routes and we all want to come back.

Very small place with one street.
Very small place with one street. Good for skiing and hot spring baths, but nothing else. Beautifull surroundings like Niedzica. Białka is very close to Zakopane - winter capital of Poland. We found nice place to eat called Litworowy Staw.

Perfect location.
Perfect location. A tiny bit problematic if you don't speak Polish - the staff tries speaking English, which counts a lot! In the end, you can communicate :). The pool and sauna are excellent. If you want to mix pool and skiing, it's a perfect place for you.

The best kids hotel we been to in poland we overall loved it and for 4 star hotel it was really good, needs to be improved is wifi was super slow no parking next to the hotel and they over sold the day pass for the thermal pools which made it hard to enjoy it in some of the days (when you order an hotel with this you expect as a guess of the hotel to not be over crowded i understand the need to sell outside day passes for other people just maybe limit it so it was effect the guest of your own hotel)

This apart hotel is pretty well designed. There are 2 buildings in a complex, both have spa room with bubble bath and a sauna. One of the buildings houses a restaurant which serves very decent breakfast and tasty dinner. The other one has a lobby bar.
Location: Keep in mind that walking to the nearest slope will take about 20 minutes. But if you arrive on a car this is not an issue. There are also numerous places to go buy groceries or dine in the village, but due to narrow sidewalks walking is not always pleasant.
