In my eagerness to stay again in this property, I immediately booked for my return trip on the following week. I was happy to get a confirmation; but in a couple of minutes the property owner messaged me that my booking had to be cancelled due to earlier commitment or double booking on my chosen dates via another app. At first, I was dismayed but I understood that it was not the fault of the property owner yet the latter was humble enough to apologize. I suggest booking.com had to check on this double booking so as to avoid inconvenience to your avid customers.

Comfortable and self catering, great value for money, Supermarket Mall near by, and inside the subdivision there is home cooked food delivery which is reasonably priced and delicious. Also a small supply shop outside the property with a very friendly shop keeper.
A Starbucks very near too that opens early, and also many other restaurants and shops/services in the neighbourhood. Very good transport too.
The best part, is Ms Rosalie who is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and very helpful and cares about her guests, also has a lot of knowledge about the local area and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I recommend to anyone who needs a temporary base in St Rosa.

Santa Rosa can be one of the best option to visit and enjoy the vacation particularly the place of Seda Nuvali, a very relaxing place which is very accessible to big malls and just a few minutes away to tagaytay.

I thought I should inform the staff for improved performance for the following day, upon informing the staff that they can improve the boiling time, they replied , " but we had the standard number of minutes of cooking it." Sad to say, i have checked in many hotels, but this is the first time that I have met such difficult egg to peel. the shells are broken to so many pieces, arg...
It’s very clean and comfortable. So comfortable in fact that my husband and I opted to just watch a movie (Netflix is available in the unit’s tv) and eat pizza instead of exploring what Laguna has to offer at night. You will feel very secured because you’ll pass two guardhouses with very polite and kind security guards before arriving at the unit. The owner is very friendly too. I highly recommend booking your stay here!
The hotel has complete amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast, basic buffet meal but my family and I liked it. The room was spacious and bathroom with bath tub which is little dated yet very clean. Wifi with fast connection. Receptionists and waiters were very accommodating. We loved playing the billiards and excersing at the gym though some equipments were not working.
The location is perfect for a staycation. I booked the room for my dad’s birthday, and the lovely hotel staff surprised my dad with a cake upon arrival in their room. I appreciate hotels that provide personalise service, it gives the guests a memorable and lovely stay.
At first I thought it was a hotel but it’s not, it’s an apartment room. I liked it’s cleanliness, not complete but it has appliances you can use for cooking. Perfect for single persons or couples who have families or friends to visit nearby.
Hotel staffs, room, facilities and the complimentary breakfast were great. We requested for pool towels and its there in a blink of an eye. They respond to request/s quickly. Had a great in this hotel and will come back again soon.
Due to the pandemic, breakfast was in packed meals. You can either eat it in the lobby or in your room. The room was clean as well as the hotel premise. Lastly, the hotel was walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants.
The hotel is well-maintained such as the room, bathroom, pool, and gym. The room also has a nice view. Breakfast buffet had a lot of food options. There was also a free shuttle going to Solenad.

The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. They are also very helpful, making sure that your stay will be a good one. 🙂
