Cleanliness is superb! I’m comfortable to use the bathroom which is very important to me when traveling. Aircondition is also very important because it’s very Hotel in Philippine. If your looking for a out of the way place with no hassles then it's ideal. A couple of nights would be enough. It's a long way from Cebu city 2/3 hrs car journey. I would say having your own transport is a good idea. Nothing really walkable. Moalboal is quite lively and many restaurants, ate there most nights. Three bears and smooth cafe I can recommend.
