We had a poolside room which was lovely. The restaurant was very nice with lovely friendly staff .
My baggage was delayed in Doha so one of the staff at the front desk phoned Qatar airways and arranged delivery for me.
I think the girls name was Jem so a big thank you for saving my holiday. Staff were excellent throughout the Hotel.
