I think the place itself. Away from City Life. Not a typical dorm. This is actually my second stay in the place. I was here 2014 for a business trip and was back again 2024. Love their Durian fruit. Fresh, Sweet, and not that aromatic. Also they serve a free breakfast. Love their coffee!
