the front desk is very helpful with the mistakes of reddoorz. i booked 2 family rooms and 1 standard rooms but reddoorz gave me 3 standards rooms all in 4th floors 😡. We have 2 seniors and 1 pwd with us.

The venue is very large with a huge central area on each floor and the rooms scattered around it. The room had views out over the sea and swimming pool area also.
I'm not sure if I liked or didn't like this point but there are 2 hotels, which are maybe a few hundred feet apart, and we went to the wrong one first, and initially the reception there had no idea about our booking. Only after showing our booking did they send us up the road to the other venue. This must be common, so it would be good if both hotels could just cross reference both bookings and send you in the correct direction!
It is convenient close to the harbour, so convenient to stay at when arriving on the later afternoon/evening ferries.
