Staff were great location is best in Manila, even tho club lounge was downstairs and small it was fantastic staff so good AJ , Matt Bea and others take a bow. The first night our room smelled because of renovations but when we bought this up next morning we were shifted straight away and air purifier was supplied. Walk straight out of hotel into Malls fantastic. Just a great stay
