Gorgeous resort right in the heart of General Luna but on a quiet street. This place felt like a little oasis. The pool is huge and absolutely stunning and surrounded by plants and flowers - it was so cute seeing the birds swoop into the pool. Staff were friendly and the addition of a mini fridge in the room was so handy. This was such a peaceful stay and probably my favourite in the whole of the Philippines - a little slice of heaven in Siargao!

The property is in an amazing location , in one of the main roads of the island and with several tuk tuk and transportation options. The service is amazing and the hotel manager James made sure our stay was great, helping us with booking tours and other logistics. The breakfast is very good as well. This was perfect for my partner and I. We were up the road from the hustle and bustle but rented mopeds to keep us connected. The staff at Kaimana organised mopeds and even replaced a wing mirror free of charge after it was broken. This was nice and quiet, shuttle to and from the airport also organised for us.
The rooms were an excellent size with everything we needed. The restaurant downstairs (Roots) is a separate entity but definitely should be visited for local fresh produce served every day. Absolutely loved Kaimana and will definitely book again if we return to Siagao.

I arrived in Siargao by flight from Manila, from the airport to the accommodation I took a van for 40 minutes to the accommodation together with other tourists.
We rented a scooter and went all over the island and the landscapes are beautiful.

It was Dope!!!!💯❗️❤️❤️❤️. The Ocean view.. the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful view was on point. The open Kitchen excellent. The caretakers were very friendly and polite and very helpful. Stay jumpstarted our month long tour. It set a beautiful precedent that was set and upped our expectations for El Nido. The stay was so good that we are now going to see about purchasing property there. The owner was very gracious about letting us use the Villa which is what I wanted. I have nothing but respect and positive feedback for our Stay. We will be looking forward to going there again.

I have been knowing General Luna for more than 12 years and this place unfortunately is getting less and less attractive to me. It has become like a party place and probably it is attractive to those party people.

General Luna or Reef Beach Hotel is a Fleabag, literally.
We were bitten by fleas in the bed and unfortunately we only realized the source on the 3rd day.
This wasn’t even the room they were supposed to reserve for us after we paid half, 6 months in advance, they informed us Sorry, we didn’t keep your room“.
They took responsibility for the fleas and moved us to another room.
They did NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO REFUND US OUR MONEY, not even for the 3 nights, even though we were itching and scratching for another week.
They offered to pay our medical expenses.
Believe me, I would rather pay full price and no fleas.
DON’T GO THERE, ITS NOT WORTH IT.

This is probably what Boracay was 25 years ago. It's got a great laid-back feel to it with hardly any touts and the restaurants are quite rustic but fit in really well and you have a lot to choose from.
The main activity here is surfing but there is a diving option, but the sites aren't up to much.
I love the quality of customer service! Almost world class 😍 the welcome me and my boyfriend at the gate and prepared a bouquet of flowers for me because it was our anniversary. It was really sweet, me and my boyfriend appreciated it so much. The food is also amazing, they can either serve it to you at your room or in the resort across near the beach. The room is so spacious and with your very own garden 😍 I will stay here again when I am back in Siargao. This hotel is perfect for couples! Value for money and amenities are exeptional.
The property itself is just the right value for your money. It's clean, well-maintained and comfortable. It's strategically located at the heart of General Luna and is practically walking distance to everything. Comfortable and convenient indeed!BUT, what's exceptional about the hotel is it's staff. They are so warm, accommodating, friendly & helpful. They are very polite and helpful and always make sure your stay is nothing short amazing. I love how they walk extra, extra mile when it comes to customer service. Superb!
We really loved the place overall! Plus are villa is so spacious, we are a total of 4 pax. This is our 2nd time to visit Siargao and I can say that, this place has the fastest internet so far!! Also, the PR- Incharge and Bar pointman, sir James is very accommodating and approachable! He assisted us to arrange our private island hopping tour and even agreed to cook a breakfast meal for us in the evening. The food and cocktail is so good. We’ll definitely come back here and looking forward to see Sir James!!
El Lobo is a family run hostel in the centre of General Luna, making it the perfect location. From the second we arrived at the hostel we were welcomed in to the family with tea and coffee, home cooked meals, delicious pastries for breakfast and recommendations on how to make the most of our trip to Siargao! I couldn’t recommend this hostel enough, we felt so welcomed and the hostel was very tidy. Such a lovely family/Hosts and if I was to return to Siargo, I would 100% stay at El Lobo.
The property is in a good location and perfect for surfing. Joseph (owner), Kai and Loida were wonderful hosts and were always happy to help when needed. The property is only 5minutes away from general luna town via tuktuk/ motorbike where you can find a lot of restaurants/bars. The two bedrooms are very spacious and regularly cleaned. Free breakfast was served every morning on the deck when requested. I highly recommend this property when in Siargao and I will definitely come back!
I had a lovely stay at Dream Catcher. Simple little room with good ac. The mattress is on the floor but was very comfortable and I had no problem sleeping. The property is beautiful with a big grass lawn and a kitchen area which is great for cooking your own food. The bathrooms were ok, no hot water in the showers but it’s so hot here you don’t need it! Location is good, right in General Luna but tucked away from the main road so it’s not noisy.
Our stay was very comfortable. Nanay Lota and her husband are very welcoming and accommodating. Murag among mama and papa there. Love how they keep on reminding us to be careful and to enjoy the island. They would also recommend spots to visit and eat! Would definitely go back to Siargao and stay again at Zita' Garden. Indeed, it is our home away from home. ♥️♥️ My siblings and I enjoyed our stay very much.
A true example of excellent hospitality. Beautiful, clean,and spacious room. They also have a lush garden- a comfortable spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the town, beaches, and or Island Hopping. The staff and owner were extremely attentive, friendly, and nice. We have 4 great evenings at this resort. Will definitely go back to this spot next time I’m in Siargao.
The food, atmosphere & staff are excellent at Muni Muni! I came to the resort wanting a smaller, more intimate experience; only to be found in a boutique-type hotel. The high service standard matched what I was expecting. I am so glad I picked this place for a short stay in Siargao. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and hope to return someday soon!
The beach in front of the property was our favorite beach in all of Siargao. Every morning we would walk just a few steps from the bungalow to the water and had the entire beach to ourselves. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed playing with the dogs on the property.
Jay, the staff that manages the places, is very responsive and helpful 👍🏻 He has many contacts on the island and will ease your journey in Siargao... You will seldom find a helpful guy like him in here 👏

It was very cosy and kind of nice to live a bit from General Luna. The staff was really nice and they had a nice breakfast and a beach bar with god food. You can rent motorbikes and the staff spoke English really well.
The place is amazing, with only 5 villas you will have the most peaceful and quiet vacation ! The staff were very friendly and helpful!
Oh and the restaurant of the hotel is one of the best in general luna
The location was great, not too far from general luna, but far enough so that it felt peaceful. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. it was an amazing stay and I’d definitely recommend to anyone.
