Staff was very nice. Before our arrival they turned on heating in our room as it was cold and raining. Hotel offers good massage. There is also restaurant with reasonable prices. We tried both.

Everything ! They upgraded us in a wonderful and romantic room. They decorated for the birthday of my girlfriend, so nice from the team :) The room was very confortable and clean, huge bathroom. This was a really nice experience getting to stay in a traditional Omani home. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds (mattresses on the floor) were super comfortable. There was also heating, which was necessary for the cold nights! Overall a great experience.

We booked this place for the view, and in that sense, it met our expectations. The hotel staff was great and helped us with everything we needed. There was a heated pool at the edge of the balcony, which looked amazing, but we were not brave enough to use it. We were there during the storm in the gulf and got stuck for an extra half day before we could get off the mountain. The manager was very attentive and helped us with information and making arrangements for our next booked trip. We also really enjoyed our dinner (Indian cuisine) and buffet-style breakfast
