We had a great time here (long week-end for the New Year Eve). Host is very kind and welcoming. Great villa for a family (barbecue, playground for kids, swimming pool, big garden, large rooms).
This is ideally located if you want to do the trip to Daymanyat Island (starting from Seeb / Sib port). Supermarkets and shops closed by.

The location is very nice and the airport is very close to the city center and Hadi.Thank you very special Olivis as well as the Indian manager a respectable man for what he gave me and my family and the hotel is very very big so I point out that my little daughter got lost there and the general manager himself went to look for it sitting enjoying in the garden and thank them all plus Uncle is happy, but the building needs some small maintenance to complete the seven-star Khalid

Very good hotel should be graded as 5 star hotel. Quite and very clean. The swimming pool is very nice and the staff are very friendly. The location is near all the service which you need . One of the most great hotels that I ever stayed in . I will come again and I'm hardly suggested this hotel for families. The food there is delicious and its worth more than the price which they offered.
Spacious Rooms with good clean bathroom. Bed was nice and comfy, small 4 beds are also nice not as the main bed it had different color. Room has small fridge, Tissues provided, staff was kind. Environment like a home. looks like they converted a house in to hotel. Hotel is near to shops . There is a small children play area and parking is free.
the friendliest staff but oh god! the hotel was empty except for a few other guests, and it was not clean!!! very poorly maintained probably because of covid! surprisingly, we ate well and breakfast was better than expected given the entire disappointment
