Upon our arrival at the apartment, we discovered a water leakage issue in the bathroom stemming from the ceiling. After promptly notifying the staff, they graciously arranged for us to switch rooms. It appears the apartment wasn't thoroughly inspected prior to our arrival.
Furthermore, the mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable, leading to discomfort and soreness in the morning.
Despite these issues, it's worth noting that the staff members were exceedingly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
