White sand beaches however there are some dangerous parts to take children to but the rest of the beach is great for children. Theres a nice boardwalk along the beach. Awesome eateries. The mountainis named Mauao and is of indigenous cultural significance. Mauao is cloaked in bush and has a good view at the top. There needs to be a car parking building because there isnt enough car parks during peak times.

A fantastic chill out place or action if required. Easy & challenging walks over The Mount, beautiful beaches, safe swimming, good surf, hot pools for public use by the Mt, loads of quality accommodation, full quota of cafes, restaurants and bars. Great shopping. Incredible weather (mostly). Wonderful coastal location. Awesome for family holidays, couples retreat or a friends getaway. Short drive to Tauranga, and reasonably close driving to Hamilton & Rotorua.
We only had 2 nights/days which wasn't long enough to fully enjoy all available possibilities.
Recommend The Fat Cow bar & restaurant for a great meal and awesome cocktails!
Get your runners on and climb the Mount! Cruise town for great shopping and eats. Loads of breaking places. Icecream by the beach? Yes!

We had a wonderful walk around the perimeter of the Mount, which was roughly 2.8kms but not too taxing. There were many places you could sit for a rest and enjoy the beautiful views. For the fitter, the trails to the top of the Mount would have been terrific. The town with its many bars and restaurants, was only a short walk away from the property, and the beaches were lovely.

Mrs Google was a help getting around the area. Nice shopping at the Mount itself Sorry the hot pools were closed. Plenty of eating options. Great accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice hosts.

Everything! The location is great, walkable to beach, restaurants, the mount. Apartments are large and comfortable, and they gave us an upgrade to a room with an amazing view of the Mount!! So sweet! Free secured parking is great too. We loved everything about these apartments!
Location to everything that Mount Maunganui has to offer was awesome. The apartment was lovely, with nice little patios and glimpses to the ocean and the harbour. Would definately stay again. Shelley our hostess was lovely and welcomed us to the property.

I loved the location, walking on the beach, walked to the shopping centre. Uber eats was quick. Loved having a house instead of a hotel room. Everything was clean. The pillows were awesome, I meant to check what brand they were.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It was like staying in a hotel but with the conveniences of a bach. Very handy to Omanu beach and to the shops and restaurants at the Mount.
You can't beat the location of this hotel, it's right next to the Mount and directly between the beach and the Bay. It's fantastic to have the free carpark available as well.
Had a huge room with great waterfront views. We were extremely satisfied with the room and views that we had. Hotel staff were very helpful. Nothing was a problem for them...
I have stayed several times at the Atrium as it has good facilities and close to the Mount. We always opt for the two bedroom apartments as I had my son staying with us.
The manager Leo was excellent. He helped is with anything we needed and he was so kind and hardworking.
