I like the scent they sprayed in the building. You get a whiff of it as you enter the building and it sets the scene. My room was spotless . I like the hand lotion in the bathroom. Just adds the extra lux and the way the robe is displayed and folded. The slippers is a good touch too.

Front Count member was very helpful and friendly on arrival, offered to change my room which I was grateful for. I cleaner saw me having difficulty getting into my room and assisted myself which I was thankful for. Room was up to standard and comfortable. Seeing it’s over the Christmas prior your staff did a great job.
