The location is excellent, the size of the room and bathroom was excellent however in terms of presentation it needs to be upgraded, the kitchen tap was faulty and the furniture needs to be upgraded to suit the size of the apartment. The bathroom is good but could do with being refreshed.

Christchurch is a beautiful city with plenty of accessible green space. The inner city is still in the process of recovery from the earthquake and there is a slight disconnect between the historical and the new builds, but over all it is an interesting city.

Enjoyed punting on the Avon, being able to ride the tram all day with a daily ticket and going up the Gondola for the fabulous view. We went for a walk thru the Botanical Gardens which was lovely with lots of baby ducks at this time of year.

Only a short walk to the CBD,
Lovely room, we got a room with 3 single beds for myself and 2 children and the room was awesome, clean, beautifully presented & warm.
We were wrapt that Hotel give had
Free wifi, smart T.Vs in the rooms, excellent cooking facilities with everything you would need to make your family meals and is right across the road from the Christchurch botanical gardens!
Even though it has no parking at the hotel I found a free park no problem in the next street.
We loved our stay and we definitely stay again.
Loved that it was right next to Hagley Park. Walking to CBD was pleasant through the Park. The bus stop to the city is just a couple of minutes away, and it is also on the route for the bus to the Airport (number 3). Monster Chicken is just downstairs and highly recommended for those who love fried chicken. There are a number of restaurants nearby too. We'd book there again next time we are in Christchurch.
Cheap (considering outrageous Christchurch standards) and within walking distance to the CBD. Clean and spacious, and it has a nice outside area to hangout. Plenty of parking spots available, although you have to share with the restaurant so it might be difficult at some times.
Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Fairly close to Christchurch CBD and easy to get to all places we wanted to go, including airport. Secure off street parking. Would definitely stay there again.
