Good location in a cute and quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance from most things and closer to the harbour and some green areas further north. I saw many reviews saying the host wasn't very welcoming, he was kind enough but not the most engaging. So if you're not forward in introducing yourself or chatting with him not much will happen.
