The main benefit of the property is a central location. It is close to a tram stop for getting to the airport, and about fifteen minutes walk to the start of the Floyen hike, or the cable car station if you prefer. There was a kettle supplied - but no tea or coffee to go with it. Also no fridge to keep milk in for use with the kettle. There was a plug for the sink - but it was the type that should pop up when you press down on it; instead you had to remove it when you wanted water to come out. There was a table and chair supplied, but other facilities such as a room safe were absent. In principal the idea of an electronic check in is ok, but they should install a computer on the property to allow people to check themselves in without mobile coverage, and to issue keycards - see below.

Comfort Hotel Bergen is located in Bergen, a 10 minute walk from the Bergen Aquarium. It offers a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor with views of Bergen and rooms with free WiFi.

The shared spaces look amazing, super well kept and decorated. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect, central without it being right where all the tourists hang around. Lots of breakfast options for those without food restrictions.

Hotel is in nice location - very close to city center and to the bus or tram station. The room and the hotel itself are ok, although there are a lot of renovations around, so unfortunately you can't count on a nice view outside the window. Internet in the hotel is very poor, it is even impossible to use it. Additionally, the hotel does not have housekeeping, so you have to ask about everything at the reception (even toilet paper), which in case of a longer stay a bit tiring. Breakfast at the hotel was okay, although there wasn't much choice.

Perfect location and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful restaurant and bar with a great variety. The room was a very generous size and was comfortable to relax in during the day as well as the evening. An excellent selection and choice a breakfast that was served for a good length of time. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a mini fridge was great.
