Great stay on our way from Oslo to the fjords. The guesthouse is located in a beautiful valley. The breakfast was good, with a lot of options (gluten free/lactose free, etc).
The room was ok, it had bunk beds and a very dorm like bathroom (so don't expect luxury :D )
For us it was a nice one night stay.

This is a guest house along the main road at a strategic location. The breakfast was nice, restaurant serves standard meals, and the huge guest room has some cosy corner to spend the evening.

Just near Rondane national park - good place for hiking and biking. We really enjoyed waterfalls and trip to Rondvassbu with opportunity for bike rent. We were looking for place in mountains that will be suitable also for two year old child and Mysusæter was a good choidce!
The location of this little mountain top hotel is incredible. The main building is nice with its dining room, pool, and sauna. The one main staff person working that night seemed to be doing everything on his own, and he was incredible. Helpful, kind, very hard-working! The dinner was absolutely delicious. One of the best we have ever had. The breakfast buffet was incredible!! Playing croquet on the lawn was so fun.
Our room had amazing views and the hotel was in a perfect location for us as we were using it as a base before starting the Rondane Triangle route for 5 days. The swimming pool was nice and the food was good enough by Norwegian standards but more vegetarian choices would always be good. The check in experience was very easy with the computer terminal.
I will say this. I really liked Chotel, it has its own specific atmosphere. The hotel's glory days are long gone, but it is being gradually renovated. My children and friends felt great in this hotel and we will return to it as often as possible.
The hotel offers a great view over the mountain range. Breakfast was very tasty and our room was very modern. Beds were very comfortable and the room even offered a balcony. Staff was also very friendly
Fantastic food in the restaurant - as usual. The location is great in the heart of Rondane and offers a lot of possibilities for hiking or cycling. Beautiful scenery just on the doorstep of the hotel.
Everything was perfect, room was very nice, breakfast was great, the hotel is in the mountains, perfect place for hiking and walking. I can recommend. We were so satisfied.
