Nothing, we couldn't enter apartment because keybox placed outside under the snow was frozen and was not possible to open it to get keys. Host sent someone to help us but after near 1.5 hour they told us they can not to anything and we have to find some other place to stay.

As always, the hotel was fantastic, and perfect after a long day! Check-in was quick, the room was very comfortable, and I'm happy I had time during this trip for the breakfast, which was great and plentiful.
