We were travelling in a large motorhome with our Border Collie. We were able to park easily and there was a grassed area where Monty could play. We had a spacious clean room with balcony, overlooking the fjord. The evening meal and breakfast were both excellent and we had a good night's sleep

We really liked the old style, like you sleep in a museum! Everything is like it used to be in the old days, so washing with a waterbowl and oil lamps. But there is electicity and a nice kitchen with gascooker. We can really recommend if you want something else then fancy hotels.

The location is amazing! Right on the water and lots of amenities. Its a 15 minute drive to both farsund and Lyngdal. Having the entire house made it feel more like home. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate at the restaurant and had burgers and fish and chips. Both were excellent!
Beautiful bathroom and also bedroom - very good beds. I was looking forward to have a nice meal like fish soup or a good beef with a bottle of some good Amarone wine. Disappointed about the wine and the buffet which was not at the level I expected from this classy hotel.
We loved the place and resort overall. Beautiful area! Nice activities for families. Nice and clean apartments/spaces. The flat was on street level and with terrace facing the water which was really nice, the children could easily run in and out and play.
Had a great week in Farsund. Nice place even though we were out of season. nice facilities and we got to try both the sauna and the fishing equipment that was available. The kids had a lot of fun and then the parents do the same :)
The rooms are comfortable with very good bathroom facilities and nice balcony. The hotel has an outdated charm. The hotel is quiet, overlooking the bay, not in the city center. Big parking space right in the front of hotel.
Pretty good restaurant. Central Farsund location. Good that they kept all the original shipping office parafernalia and style. Very clean place and pleasant staff.
