Just 8 minutes’ walk from Kristiansand’s Markensgate shopping street, this Scandic hotel is located by the small Bystranda beach. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, an on-site restaurant and a hotel bar. The hotel is very nice, very clean. The family room was perfect with two bunk beds and fantastic view on the titular bystranda. The breakfast was perfect. There even was a wafflemaker with waffles concoction. Perfect, very Scandinavian! What's also great is that the hotel is connected with Aquarama aqua park so you don't have to leave the building when you're going there. You can also lend towels at the reception since Aquarama doesn't provide them.

The hotel is like being in a private club. Immaculately clean. Wait until you see how the breakfast is presented it is exceptional and delicious. Maritim Fjordhotel is located along the river in Flekkefjord. The hotel is a central part of the cityscape, and is an ideal choice for hollidays, conferences, events, group trips, etc. The staff were extremely friendly, food was excellent, room was brilliant. All round fantastic

Thon PartnerHotel Parken is situated next to the Wergeland Park and Kristiansand Cathedral, 600 metres from Kristiansand Central Station. It offers free WiFi. I enjoyed a good breakfast, a very good bed, good room and it was silent. I had good service and friendly personel that was helpful. The hotel is at a great location and I paid a good price for it. They even got parking below the hotel, but I came by train this trip. Also nice that Thon Hotel have an app you can use to open your room and save points. Even booking.com bookings can be saved when you talk with reception.

The charming Grand Hotel Arendal - Unike Hoteller is 8 minutes’ walk from Arendal Station and just 300 metres from Pollen Harbour. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with flat-screen TVs. The main thing is how amazing is the staff. Very helpful and welcoming all the time!
