service tray wasn't up to standard paper cups mean tea bags (into paper cups)Yuk? gentleman on reception very helpful thanks to this gentleman bag tea exchanged for b/tea ,breakfast room although large was so crowded not very organised sloppy cerial 1 of no choice sadly could have been better organised people running everywhere no routine selection average of b/food sadly we hated writing up this over/all of this beautifully placed hotel and free parking as standard paying what we paid was far from reasonable 170euro's 1 nite sadly wont stay there again but to those whom helped whist we were in there care E.G. gentleman helpful and nice attitude james williams.thanks to all concerned

Beautiful town with the town centre being easily accessible...
Beautiful town with the town centre being easily accessible by foot from the hotel within 5 minutes. Woerden has a lot of history with Roman artefacts being found in the town centre. I would have like to have seen more of the places to visit, the Castle, Churches, Stadhouse/Museum, Jewish Monument have more information in English displayed. There was information in Nederlandse but sadly I could not read it.

A town with a lot of history. A great place to spend a few days, great restaurants all around.
Some shops nearby and a lovely walk around what once the defence moat which surrounds the town.
Google earth it before you visit.

Beautiful dutch village with plenty of shopping and restaurants. In addition, this town also has it's own windmill and castle (all within walking distance).
We found this to be a good home base since our plans were to drive to Delft, Keukenhof, Gouda and Kinderdijk. We didn't want to go from hotel-to-hotel. All of those city's/locations were only within an hour drive. Which worked perfectly for us.
When we returned back to the hotel, we went for walks through the village. We love it here and will definitely go back!
It was a pleasure staying in this hotel, hosts were very welcoming and nice, all the staff from the hotel to the restaurant was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place and come back whenever I am travelling in the area.
Sparkling clean and nicely decorated, everything helps to feel good and relaxed. I had to work for some time there and could have the quietness needed for that.

It is a beautiful real Dutch house on the canal. With cosy living room with big windows and two separate bedrooms on the 1st floor. There are sheep and some chickens around and birds singing. Wonderful quiet authentic holiday experience. House has everything you need for a family vacation.
With the car we were able to reach half of Holland within 1 hour: tons of things to do. Woerden's city center is around 3 km by feet in the wonderful surroundings.
The central situation of the hotel with easy access to parking in the parking lot in front of the hotel, no headache in finding parking.
Sunday was free parking in all Woerden.
The breakfast was great as were the lunch, dinner and snack options.
The bed is huge and the pillows are thr best.
We just felt that they all care about us when we were in the hotel, like they know us.
Decent option in the heart of the Randstad, easy to get to either from Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was modern, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is a buffet style and contains plenty of options. The hotel is handily located for the station or the pretty town centre. Overall a good place to stay.
Not only it is a very cute boutique hotel in a perfect location with an underground parking across the street but the restaurant was outstanding! Dinner was amazing , dry aged beef delicious,locals come to hang out at the bar. Great vibes. Breakfast was also top notch !
The first room we were offered was very smelly, but the receptionist was able to change us into another room without hesitation.
The location is excellent and downtown Woerden an easy 5 minute walk away.
The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

- The food in the restaurant is also very good. However it is a little bit expensive to eat there everyday. Would be great to have cheaper options for hotel guests.

Pleasant hotel, nice staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is adequate, nice location (next to train station). Reasonable rates, but has a lot of tour buses making it sometimes difficult to find a room
Very spacious & comfortable room, breakfast was somewhat limited but that suited us fine - not huge eaters. We were travelling by bicycles and the hotel had secure storage for the bikes.
