single room was compact but clean and comfortable. No cooked breakfast elements but a reasonable spread of cold selections. Found the 15.50e charge just a bit steep, but the hotel did provide the requested lactose free products.

This was our last stop of a trip around Europe and having stayed in some expensive hotels, our stay at Het Leeuwterveld felt as though we saved the best until last and such incredible value for money. The house is beautiful and in a quiet location which we really appreciated, having stayed in some busy cities.
The room and bathroom are beautiful and we had access to a kitchen area in the main dining space. The hosts are lovely and welcoming and breakfast was fantastic. All in all felt like a hidden gem!
