All was good, but I was first night not happy with room in basement (ground floor) where all smelled of toilett - up to room. Receptionist next day was very helpfull and we were able to change room for floor - same as reception. I wondered why I received this room, while I was booking almost half year up front. Its punishment for early birds?

Host was super helpful waiting for use for early check in and explaining all in detail. The place is incredible covenient located, in the centre of the city, but also in a quiet street. The flat is very spacious, decorated with great taste and super confortable areas (bedroom, bathroom, etc).

Great set up. Stylish and comfortable room - with big sofa bed for our child. Friendly and helpful staff and easy communication before and during our stay. The hotel is very central so there is some street noise (earplugs are helpfully provided) - this was fine for us mid week but something to bear in mind if you stay (closer to) the weekend.
Boutique Hotel Cordial is located in the city centre, 200 metres from Oss train station. It is a modern hotel with a historic annex. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom....
As the hotel was under construction, we stayed in the outside “wing” which is not attached to the hotel. Kind of like a motel, where you can park your car directly in-front of the room and have a direct view of it. Two large beds in the family room - this was great!
Nice big private bathroom with a shower and a large bath, toilet in a separate location. Receptionists and most staff were very friendly, especially Joey!

The hotel looks good, probably either newly renovated or newly built. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the walk-in rainfall shower. Comfortable beds and clean room. Checked for bed-bugs (as I always do) and no sign of them.
This hotel was okay on the level of staff and accommodation. Nice clean and large room, nice welcome note and everything there what you need. Beds are more than okay. Breakfast had everything you need.
We liked the Hotel, but there were a lot of noise around the whole night - some Kind of of a huge Party / Television Event.

The hotel staff was great and treated my husband and I amazing. We celebrated our wedding finally after corona, and they made it special for us. Our room was decorated, it was very nice.
