Meteren is a lovely little village yet easy to access. I was impressed with the greenness of the area and the cleanliness. I was especially impressed with the friendliness of all the people I met. The Eetcafe Echica restaurant was great! Good food, and the staff was very friendly - so nice when you are traveling
The hosts of the B&B, Lida Pak and her husband, could not have been any more accommodating. The room and bath were clean, and they had a warm and comfortable feel to them - like I was home. The breakfast was fantastic! Anyone traveling to Meteren will be blessed by their stay with the Paks. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity.
