This was a boutique hotel in a very central location. Above a bistro. The Web site said no meal plan available but we were able to book breakfast on check in.
Our room was very tastfully decorated but we are not fans of no door on bathroom which seems to be a current trend and quite unnessary in our opinion. Breakfast was individual including various breads,cheese and yogurt etc. Free tea and coffee on landing.

Location was nice, staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was good.
We actually got upgraded to a different room of a different nearby hotel as this hotel was overbooked. Being a chain, I imagine the quality is similar. We liked the room, very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had enough options.
First of all: the staff was amazing! Great service with a friendly smile! The location is great! Heiloo is a lovely little place and it’s close to places like Alkmaar, Egmond aan Zee, Bergen aan Zee and Castricum. Great for walking and cycling.
We stayed at the hotel for one night. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. I think it is a small hotel, so not that many facilities, although bikes were available to hire.
