Everything you could need/want is a block away. Our room was very spacious and inviting. The owners were extremely accommodating. There was a small issue with the room and the owner fixed it immediately. Breakfast was also excellent

As an overnight resting hole, I did not have the opportunity to explore Geleen, but what I did see was the car sales quarter of a tidy, ordered small town. Whether it holds more than the appearance of a well-maintained dormitory town I could not say, but there are interesting castles, churches and Roman remains within a few kilometres of the town.
We arrived very late and thankfully the staff waited for us. We also forgot to bring toothpaste and the staff kindly provided us with toothpaste and the brush.
Parking is free and the WiFi is surprisingly stable and fast!
We had dinner at the hotel and it was really nice. There is also McD. nearby so you can't grab lunch there.
Overall a really nice experience.
Hotel was relatively new and therefore still maintained a modern feel. Rooms were simple and functional, bathroom was a good size and the shower actually worked - proper flow of water and not the usual trickle. Good selection at breakfast. The restaurant was good and portions were ample. Staff were generally friendly and efficient.
The Hotel is located near major highways and in close proximate of the city of gallon where you can have easy access to food and or groceries in case needed. it was a pleasant stay , quite and with a good morning run!
