This is not about Balk, this is about Booking.com - they made a double booking for this hotel in my name and the name of my daughter who i had booked the 2nd room for. In the hotel they had reserved 4 rooms!!! For us and had to refuse other guests that walked in with a request to book a room. Not good for business. How can this happen?
