Very pretty, close to the beach, surrounded by jungle, a few kms or miles from Playa la Flor, (the turtle sanctuary - well worth a visit, particularly during nesting times), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, full gas stove and oven, bar fridge, it has air con, but we didn't need it. Lovely deck to sit out on. Wifi was great. The woman who greeted us couldn't have been nicer and brought the drinking water I requested within a couple of minutes. Small hotel. Quite charming.

Four Trees is located on a hilltop with million-dollar views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Our room was spacious and comfy. The communal kitchen is well-appointed. The wifi coverage is excellent. Poppy the dog and Blimp the cat are adorable ambassadors. Louis, Nick, and the team are friendly and extremely responsive. This is a special place to return to after a day of adventure in San Juan. It is also an incredible value.
With garden views, La Veranera, Playa El Coco is situated in San Juan del Sur and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, picnic area and year-round outdoor pool.

Fantastic location on a stunning beach with the possibility of walking around the headland to other beaches and viewing sea turtle hatchlings being released on the beach outside. It is isolated - about half an hour from San Juan Del Sur with no shops and only a restaurant opening at weekends nearby- but perfect if you wish to have a relaxing stay away from it all. Our room (king with sea view) was very spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the effort made to decorate it for Valentine's Day when we arrived. Heidi and her team took good care of us cooking breakfast and evening meals on request which were all very tasty.
The HC Liri Hotel is located on the beach and is a 5 minutes' walk from San Juan del Sur, It features a swimming pool, private parking and a terrace with ocean view.

Very nice hotel on the beach front with a cute little pool. The pool gets the sun in the morning which is great to laze around and then head to the beach.
Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a room around the pool so had no issue with noise from the street or nearby bars.

The water slide, pools. and diving area were incredible. Food was excellent with good options. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the location nestled away in nature. Grounds are stunning. And of course the "standard king room" is a full size suite / 1 bedroom apt!
