Search hotels in Morib

1) was given a room. the room have not been aired, smell musty. 2)towel not supplied, have to go down to reception to collect myself. aircon not working, went down to counter to request change of room and complained, was not given the change of room. they sent the service men. service men turned up ( friendly servicemen) checked, and they tried to repair, finally says the air con cannot be repaired. spend time waiting for the next room aircon to be checked , gave up the wait and went for dinner. 3) this other room, smell musty. air con coldness is so tepid. Max the aircon fan speed and lowered the temp and have the ceiling fan on, still not cold. got to sleep in shorts only, too warm even to wear a Tee shirt. Sleepless night. 5) Thought that the spa would be a good try. Dare not tried the spa in both the room washroom. The motor screams like a "banshee". Wash basin leaks at the bottom. Got to use the waste paper basket to block the leaking water from splashing on my feet. 4) have booked for 2 nights, left the next morning after one night stay. counter not receptive for refund. Dour reception counter staff, inflexible and not creative. 5) Informed reception counter that I will be visiting Morib every week , with a 2 days stay minimum . Staff at counter do not seem to be bothered with the concept of friendly service and how to generate more business. 6) Shifted to another hotel for the 2nd night. Even though I loss the money for one night stay in this hotel. Do not want to go through another night of suffering in this hotel. 7) No entertainment happens at night in this hotel. Dare not even walk on the beach at night. No lights. 7) WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. 8) WILL ADVISE FRIENDS TO AVOID THIS HOTEL. 9) How can it be rated as 4 star?

Lovely getaway with good cheap food. Unfortunately most of the food sites has flies, maybe it is their breeding season? The beach is cleaned and best when it is low tide. Alot of places for pictures.
