Chk in supposed at 3pm .. at 3pm the host only call the cleaner to clean up the apt. At 4pm plus then we can enter enter room. Hopefully after this more efficient on chk in matter. Tq not to condem but for improvement later for other guest tq

1) was given a room. the room have not been aired, smell...

2)towel not supplied, have to go down to reception to collect myself.
aircon not working, went down to counter to request change of room and complained, was not given the change of room.
they sent the service men. service men turned up ( friendly servicemen) checked, and they tried to repair, finally says the air con cannot be repaired.
spend time waiting for the next room aircon to be checked , gave up the wait and went for dinner.
3) this other room, smell musty. air con coldness is so tepid.
Max the aircon fan speed and lowered the temp and have the ceiling fan on, still not cold. got to sleep in shorts only, too warm even to wear a Tee shirt.
Sleepless night.
5) Thought that the spa would be a good try.
Dare not tried the spa in both the room washroom.
The motor screams like a "banshee".
Wash basin leaks at the bottom.
Got to use the waste paper basket to block the leaking water from splashing on my feet.

Dour reception counter staff, inflexible and not creative.
5) Informed reception counter that I will be visiting Morib every week , with a 2 days stay minimum .
Staff at counter do not seem to be bothered with the concept of friendly service and how to generate more business.
6) Shifted to another hotel for the 2nd night.
Even though I loss the money for one night stay in this hotel.
Do not want to go through another night of suffering in this hotel.
7) No entertainment happens at night in this hotel.
Dare not even walk on the beach at night. No lights.
7) WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
8) WILL ADVISE FRIENDS TO AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Lovely getaway with good cheap food.
Lovely getaway with good cheap food. Unfortunately most of the food sites has flies, maybe it is their breeding season?
The beach is cleaned and best when it is low tide.
Alot of places for pictures.
The rooms were spacious. Interactive TV with a mouse.
4 towels, 4 small mineral water n 4 sachets of coffee. Mini fridge n room facing the water park. There's a jacuzzi tub but didn't use it. Owner was friendly n helpful. Opening the door with passcode n sensor needed a couple of attempts n getting used to the device.
The water park - paid RM37 ea n valid till 3pm the next day. Outdoor park was closed, tho.

easy to find, just beside the main road. few minutes drive to pantai morib. room is nice, very spacious & clean. pool is biggg! too bad it has no beach. and the food was delicous too
The location is good. Near private and clean beach，got a water theme park. 2km from pantai morib and very near restaurant. Aircond very cold. Security was good，secured
location near morib beach. comfortable room and bed bcos they provide king size bed.food was good. the pool is really big but the chlorine is quite strong.
My grand children like the water park. The water park is still maintain from my stay last 7 years ago . The Jacuzzi is well manage .This is my third stay.
